Q&A

Who are you?

I'm Lisa and I live in Germany.I do enjoy 3D modelling and tinkering with my 3D printers.I'm passionate about gaming and having an organised, efficient and cosy desk setup. So I can properly enjoy the time I'm spending at my desk.

Hence my first 3D printed project, which kickstarted this idea of actually selling 3D printed goodies. It was a slide out underdesk mount for my trusty Streamdeck Mk.1 and after that I got addicted to 3D modelling and designed lots of silly things but also  practical mounts, cases, covers and more.

I have over 470 sales on Etsy and a 4.9 Star rating (24.05.2024), if you want to check my credibility:

I'm also always up for a challenge when it comes to the design process, so if you have an idea you want to bloom to life, then hit me up! :)

Is 3D printing quality any good?

I would say: yes definitely. Obviously there is a chance of an item finish being a little bit rougher, but for aesthetic prints/visible parts of each item I aim to maintain a perfect finish for A-stock.

Visible imperfections on aesthetic items or visible parts will be B/C-stock, individually documented and offered at a reduced price, to reduce overall waste.

Where do you ship from?

I ship from Germany with DHL and I usually drop off the packages every 1-3 days.

Do you accept returns?

Yes I do!

Within 14 days after you received the package you have the chance to contact me about your order and we can sort things out.

In case of a damaged item: I require proof (a photo of the damage will be suffient) in order to verify the damage.

For orders above 50 Euros I require that you to send back the items of your order and I will issue a refund excluding the inital shipping costs, after I made sure that the items are in original condition.

It's up to me to decide whether or not exceptions are being made.

I am legally what is called a "Kleinunternehmen" and using the "Kleinunternehmerregelung".
So according to § 19 UStG I don't have to charge VAT on my products.

Keep in mind: you are responsible to pay eventual taxes/customs duties which might come up once your order is entering your country!!
