During my first custom keyboard build I did many mistakes, it started by not soldering properly the switch pins to the PCB, or not correctly screwing in the stabilizers and having to desolder every single switch in order to get access to the stabilizers again..

But the one mistake I did not manage to fix, which is still to this day very apparent, are not correctly seated switches, which is entirely my fault, because I managed to bend the plate (brass plate) + I did not pay attention to the spacing between the plate and PCB.

So I decided to print some tools which might help not only myself but maybe some other people as well!

The original idea of the plate fork is to being used with a POM (Polyoxymethylene) plate due to the very flexible nature of the plate and the risk of bending it, but of course you can use the plate fork for other plates as well :)

In addition to the classic fork plate I also designed two different kinds of forks, which are especially handy if you wanna use them horizontally.

The standard thickness which works for most plates are 3.50mm, if you are unsure which thickness you require then the standard thickness will most likely work out fine. But if you want/need another thickness, don't hesitate to contact me!

All pieces are 3D printed, so the print lines and texture are visible due to the nature of 3D printing.
The prints will be cleaned before assembly and shipping.
Surface finish, material AND COLOUR may differ from the shown pictures, due to the use of different printers/filament.
